| We bought a new 10" x 36 ft Harvest International auger and have not had the kind of bu per hour that we were expecting to see out of it... It has taken us about 40 min to get 1000 bu of dry corn. We have checked everything that we can think of and talked to H.I. making sure we have everything setup correctly. We took it into our local dealer and they took it apart to make sure that in the middle of the auger where the 2 separate augers meet the flighting matched up... It's run on a 15HP 3 phase electric motor.. everything seems fine and checks out but it just loads painfully slow. We have to throttle our 8" bin unload auger back because the 10" doesn't keep up...
Any one else experienced something like this? just looking for the next place to look as I feel we have inspected every aspect of it and it checks out. | |
