Kolorado | Have the older magnum units, they pull pretty easy. Don't know how to guess for HP needs, a lot of that would be up to tanks etc. We pull a 12row with 1000 gallon liquid and 1000 gallon nh3 tanks with a JD 8235r, but we can also pull a 12 row knife rig with the 8235, just not very good. We would be 4 or 4.5mph with the knife rig, can double that speed with the magnums.
They will seal at 5mph. Sealing is more depth and rate, than speed.
