The hard 1-2 shift (one time at startup) is an operating characteristic of the 8 speed. The 2nd gear clutch drains back while sitting for a prolonged period and the initial fill takes longer than it should. There is no fix that I know of. The rest is correct as far as I know. 2020 Canyon with 8K.
