Subject: RE: Geringhoff Flex Razor

demoed at 5 different farms this fall and farmer 1-3 bought, 4 is working on package deal, and 5 liked it but wants to wait a year if possible.
on smooth soil running them compared to a Case flex draper and Mcdons they all had equal losses. as soon as the terrain started to get rolling the true flex razor shined. toss an air bar out front and you would have a hard time to see a bean on the ground. we found a couple of them wear a stripper plate was installed backwards and caused the center belt to stall or damage stripper plate.

there is a little monitor that has to be installed in the cab but it works nice to see correct head height sensing, calibrate header.
changing the air blower belts is a nightmare. do them off season pre emotively vs letting them break in season.
they do a great job of putting kits together for knife sections and guards
very easy draper tension system.
built in header pitch system works nice.

if i had the money i would have one after helping several of them get dialed in.
