Silver Creek MN | This is a longshot, but you might be able to make wine out of those onions. Yes, wine. Onions and green peppers make exceptionally good wine for cooking. The fact that the onions are frozen might make it easier to extract juice from them when they thaw. When I make rhubarb wine, I chop up the rhubarb stalks and freeze them in ziploc bags. After the frozen rhubarb thaws out it is really easy to press the juice. | |
