Bad injector pump maybe? Does it smoke black out the exhaust at lower rpm under a fair load before the turbo builds pressure? Thats what mine does. As turbo builds boost then there is enough air to burn all the fuel that is getting injected. Mine is just the opposite, always had plenty of power. They are rated at 171 hp and I'd say it's got all of that if not more. Kelly
