I use the built in iPhone notes app for writing down a lot of things. I might have a note about a specific topic and paste pictures, ag talk threads, screenshots, and other relevant things gathered together.
I tell Siri to set reminders or schedule calendar appointments for quite a few things.
Getting find my iPhone set up and operating is a lifesaver sometimes, and my wife can find which field to bring me lunch in without having to ask. ;)
