The problem with "sea salt"
It can contain heavy metals and micro-plastics from polluted waters.  Some feel that sea salt is a healthy choice because it contains some minerals in addition to the pollutants.  A better choice might be Himalayan salt that is is hand -mined and ground.  And it contains all 84 essential trace elements required by you body.
