Boone, Iowa | I installed a Raven Cruizer with Smartrax in our 4wd tractor this spring. I have used it on NH3 and incorporating chemicals with the field cultivator and have been impressed with it. Now, I am thinking it would be nice to have in the planter tractor, but think money would be better spent on tru-count row shutoffs. I know that I am saving money with the autosteer in the 4wd tractor, since I have less overlap. I am also more efficient, since I am more consistant on each pass. I am saving fuel and labor that way. | |
