| Just to be clear, Novariant (AutoFarm's parent company) is restructuring to focus its resources on the Ag and Mining markets, and the layoffs were part of that restructuring. The actual number of people let go is fewer than 20, and the company is still hiring in some areas.
You're right, it's rough to have this happen just before the holidays, although all affected employees received severance packages to help get them through the transition.
