North West IA/western AZ | OK I think my 2600 is set like your 3600 was. My outer pushers are on the ground more than they should be when locked up. I've actually gone to removing the gauge wheels so they don't wear out the scrapers.
You said you raised the hitch. By lowering the hitch loop? And "lowering the outside wheels" are you talking the transport or the ones out on the ends.
