I will add that between these 2 options the Kinze vac will perform better across all seed sizes.  If you're going to buy a new white planter go with the Precision vSet vac meters that come from the factory, they're widely considered one of the best, if not the best meter on the market.  If you're looking at a used planter, the Precision vSet meter can be added to just about any planter out there.  A new kinze vac is a similar design to the precision vSet meter.
