The pipe we use here for irrigation is PIP pipe--weird size and usually cheaper the potable pipe (used for drinking water)
What I do is get on the phone and start calling --need to know feet needed .and ask for a price--will need a riser on each end
FWIW we never puit 12-2 with ground direct bury signal wire in conduit BUT in your area MAY need to
