The dew may play into it some. But think more along the lines of what the most important thing is for a fungicide to do for it to have a chance of being effective. It has to get in the plant. Stoma are the most open in the night and early part of the day. I always try to do my fungicide and foliars at night or early morning. Biggest issue with that is tires grab plants a lot more in the dew so I liked having 30" beans. And its harder to see but blue dot LED's and RTK helps keep me sane. I still have to steer in many places as it does react fast enough but it does help you get turned in the right place. I've always had better fungicide responses than what many others have claimed.
