ESW ND | I have some what of a hard time believing that the realtor knows NOTHING about the lagoon. I'm thinking they just don't want you to be asking too much more about it. I'd find out EVERYTHING you can about it and what YOU are responsible for, if you purchase this land. If a reasonable price....might be more to it than what's floating on the surface. lol Does any past problems fall onto the new owner??? $$$$ I don't know, I'm just curious. Does it qualify with new rules or get grandfathered in? Again, I'm just asking. | |
