Edge of RRV MN | I am assuming you are talking about a liquid planter starter system and not just to use it to transfer from a tank on my following comments. We installed a system similar to your link 7 years ago and we have replaced our motor one time at aprox 18,000 gallons. We always keep an extra motor on hand just in case we have problems and it is after business hours and time to go and get a replacement. We put 6 gallons of liquid starter on per acre. I would really question why the unit is in an enclosed box with the filter in there as well. We clean that filter at least daily and if it was in a box where does the liquid go? I would recommend the better roller motor with the fins like posted as well as a better option. The links below on some other complete systems for less money which include the redball system and a 4 gpm pump you can upgrade to the better motor at either of these businesses. Good Luck
