Disagree on the horse. Horse may be better for roping.
Many cow jobs can be overly the time you get the horse caught.
Paring out cows, atv beats a horse, hands down. Several times I have helped moved pairs. When we get there, we pair them out. Every time I end up pulling the pairs out and the house guys take them out away from the heard.

If you w Orting cattle in a corral, then the horse will out shine anything else.

In open country, a atv will do the job of 3 or 4 horses.

Wouldn't mind having a sxs , but I would still have to have a atv. Sxs simply would not go where I need to go.

I haul 2 bags mineral in the front and 4 bags salt on the back if my atv.

Was at a farm sale that had a jeep with big mud tires. Guy used it for checking pivots and it would have been good for that.. Thought it
Might be the deal. Climbed in one time. That was enough for me! If I was still 18, it probably wouldn't be so hard getting i. And out.

No way in hell a jeep would replace a atv or sxs.
