Hamilton County, OH currently owns an idled slaughter house in downtown Cincinnati due to the foreign owners failing to pay property taxes. Was last operated circa 2015 before being sold and essentially abandoned. Had been federally inspected and was selling boxed beef. Lots of infrastructure still there. Price seems attractive especially considering the redevelopment going on in the neighborhood.
