So I know how registered holstien dairy cattle work but could someone give me the run down on the certified angus or anything beef... Is there any special market for them to capture a better price on the fat steer markets? Not trying to ruffle feathers but wouldn't it be pointless if you are calving, retaining x heifers for replacement and feeding the rest out for kill?
