I like to wean 400 lb calves then fill a creep feeder up with shelled corn. :) In all seriousness we feed free choice hay/baleage and bucket a mixture of corn, soyhulls, DDG's, and a protein pellet. Usually feed 5-10 lbs of the grain mix. Try to keep calves somewhat green. Free choice salt and mineral as well.
