Southern Indiana | If you're new to cattle I'll assume you don't have a trailer, so I will suggest you find a reputable hauler and take them to a good sale barn, which he would be able to recommend. You will find out what they are worth. How is it your dad has an 1800 lb holstien (which is a dangerous animal) and doesnt know how to get him sold? I will venture its some kind of Craigslist deal. As for what they are worth, being holstien, not much. Maybe .75 on the big bull and maybe 1.00 on the calves, thats just a guess. Good luck. | |
