North Central Texas | You believe more bs than reality on the CAB. A true Angus herd will not reach over 50% CAB. There are decades of slaughter history to prove different and good buyers can see black exotics from a mile away and bid accordingly. Hereford decided to add with simm and it hurt the breed. It made them harder to finish. Today they are way lower on quality grade then 30 years ago. Quality grade is what matters in the yard. | |
