NW Washington
You can call the evening meal ever pleases you but I don't think I have ever ran across "creamed eggs". Is that chopped up boiled eggs in white sauce, like in this recipe? https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/163998/creamed-eggs-on-toast/
Now "creamed chipped beef" I have had many times and that was even served for breakfast in the Navy. And I ran across "creamed hamburger" in an Air Force mess hall a time or two.
And biscuits and sausage gravy is pretty common.
