Thanks for the replies, I shopped around awhile, and decided to go with All States, but turned out they didn't have it in stock and would be a few days extra, wound up ordering one from Worthington couple hours ago, $458 and free shipping here by Friday.  We shall see on the fit but supposed to be the right one.
