Subject: Turning things on their head - cholesterol

Pittsburg, Kansas

Speaking of turning things on their head, I just watched this video again this morning while doing some exercise. Wow is it good. Dr Paul Mason is so very good at taking complex ideas and bringing them down to a level I can understand.

This is off topic for this thread and I hate to make a new thread about it because I have posted the link at some point in the past. But it is so good I am just going to drop it here.

It is about cholesterol, HDL, LDL, lipoproteins in general, triglycerides, heart disease and even touches on statin drugs. The lipid panel blood test does have good implications on the health of our lipoprotein, just not the way most doctors interpret them.

This essentially backs up what was said about salt, in that sugar is the problem that oxidizes mitochondria and does damage.
