central - east central Minnesota - | Started out helping a ill friend last week with his small grain planting - worked most of last week getting his equipment and field ready and planted. (Conventional tillage - no thanks.) That must have prompted some action, cause last Friday, I got a call wonding if I was going to No-till some wheat . . . . . well, ya if you want (a little notice, maybe? lol ) 240 acres between 8 fields and 4 farmers later, I finished early evening. Planted pretty smoothly - didn't even get stuck or mudded up the tractor/planter . . . .
