My limited experience with Cat telehandlers is fairly limited, but has been a pain in the butt since JLG made them and Cat added their engine and electronics. From what I gather its new enough to have emissions and it looks like the ARD air controller is out of calibration. I might be off, but it looks like you might need a dealer or someone with ET to plug into it.
