I was doing 4 loads per hour with a Pikrite 790 this fall while cleaning a pen out with a 148 loader on a 3020. Pile is definitely faster and a 290bu spread should take less time to load and a excavator shold be faster than the 3020. Spreading was done with 4020 around 7 mph, road gear back to the pile. Based on that i was spending 1 minute diving minutes to previous pass, 4 minutes to spread, 3 minutes back to pile leaving 8 minutes to load and switch tractors. | |
