Zinc, Vitamin D and high doses of vitamin C seem to be beneficial for prevention of severe covid infections. Does not prevent the infection but helps minimize the severity reducing the viral load. The vitamin C is more if a person feels the first symptoms as well as zinc whereas the vitamin D as well as the zink taken prior to infection makes sure a person is not deficient so helps in the prevention department.
