Demoed S98 last year. I set concave to diameter of butt end of cob using open end wrench to gauge size. Fan wide open bottom sieve wide open adjust chaffer for sample. I think you would want to run rotor 350+ to make sure you have adequate centrifugal force for separation. It is the same diameter as red and green I am always running those 350 to 400. Make sure it has the channel iron corn ring in end of separator cage and I took the door off bottom of chopper to try catch any rotor loss
