Someone needs hip waders and a case of Heineken, and a camera. I heard this morning I-94 is open from Bismarck to Jamestown again, even though there is at least one place with 2" of water. I surprised they would open it in that situation. Big washouts on the gravel roads, too. I saw one road with a washout 5' deep and 4' wide.
