If it fails, all your out is the pex, insulation , pumps, misc equipment and labor.
Don't plan on a lot of hot heat from your set up :)
Now on another page, if you take your cost of foam, pex, pumps and misc equipment.
Plus Cost to run the circulation pump.....divide by the proposed life expectancy
of the building........"where do the dollars compare heating your 8x10 building conventionally.
No such thing a "free"
