It’s tied to a loan. Used to pay 2% less than the loan not sure what it is now. You can add to it or withdraw at any time. If you have enough in there when next payment is do it will automatically take care of the payment. If you have a early pay restriction on the loan I think you are only allowed to have 10% of loan balance in funds held.
