Get a couple of pounds of hog fat from the butcher, grind it or have him grind it. Take it home and put it in a crock pot on low with a half cup water, takes 6-8 hours for it to render then strain through some cheese cloth, and but in mason jars and freeze in freezer. put one jar in fridge and start using Take the cracklins and make some amazing corn bread
