Subject: chaffer, sieve damage

NE N. Dak.
What is causing this? I think its something heavy like stationary knife. My dad doesn't think that's it. We've done it to six of them in as many years four different machines. Are we that unlucky running things through them? All case legacy machines.

Thanks in advance. Edited to finnish.
