Eastern Washington
For 5 acres or 2000 acres? (This is in hills, not flat like you are)

I base mine on size of job(s) in area (or how far away) need to cover moving, etc.

I bring tractor, drill, operator (can do fuel), farmer does seed and fertilizer to the field if needed).

$28-40/A (small jobs are the higher end).

Rough break down:
Operator $2/A
Drill $10/A covers drill payment
Drill $2/A repairs especially in hard ground!!
Tractor (550hp) $10/A tractor payment
Tractor $1/A repairs and wear parts
The rest covers moving cost, living expenses if far away, and profit.
