Friends did 2 this summer, sold out both in a couple of days at $5 per pound, all word of mouth. They could sell 2 more just to repeat customers if they could get them butchered. These were not dairy cows they were younger beef cows that lost calves. Demand for any kind of freezer beef is incredible.
