Southern MN | In our area crops are very good. Probably the biggest surprise is those north of us that had that several inches more rain at critical times do not seem to have that much better corn than us. Even in our operation our northern stuff that got 3-4” more at critical times is better but not that much better. Just dip a few miles into IA though and the yields are all over the place. C on C as bad as 130-140. Some 230’s with c on s ground also on the top end. Also in our area every acre is producing something this year, not 5 percent drowned out in every field like the last forever it seems. | |
