Of course do futher details, notices, or handbooks have been released...soo I don't think I would show up at your county office expecting to sign up on the 27th. Hopefully this means that there will be some more details released soon though.

We are encouraging everyone to take a look at this program early, especially for two reasons:
1. There could be a payment limit impact. You can get limited out on less than 800 acres of base/limit in most states. Time is running short if you want to add limits under the new rules (eg easier spousal qualification)
2. Landlords will have to sign off on this program, which IMHO is not something you want to let slide until the end.
