The core is dirty. Pull off the cover and get in there with hot soapy water and air. I actually use a siphon gun for sandblasting to use compressed air and hot soapy water to clean the core. Previous owner of my 865c said the Ac was subpar....I cleaned the core and added a shut off valve to the hot water supply and it will freeze you out.
