West Central Wisconsin | I started making chili one day before checking the pantry which was lacking chili beans and diced tomatoes. I usually throw in lots of slivered onions when I brown the seasoned burger then add cumin and chili powder before discovering the missing ingredients. I've got to admit I was very content with just the seasoned chili meat and onion dish and have since made it when there was a little bit of ground beef left over. | |
