So what I'm thinking is that the chopper knife alarm is connected to your header sensor issue.....I'm not entirely sure of this but we've been dealing with a counter knife alarm.
It only does it when we unhook the bean head, my thinking is that if the combine senses that there isn't a grain platform on default thinks it is a corn head and wants the stationary knives dropped.
