central PA | If it's a international truck with spring brakes on only one drive axle then the power divider lock is probably spring engaged air disengaged. When you set the park brake, it also releases air from the power divider which locks it in so all 4 wheels are locked by the brakes. The same air that releases the park brakes also disengages the power divider lock which is why it leaks there when you have the brakes released. | |
