You need a convertible Cat II/III quick coupler
Picture below. This is a Deere coupler. I would guess the age as about 1970s - 80s.
See how the the end vertical pieces come in from the crosspiece at the top.
This coupler is set to the Cat II position.
Also note the bolt heads at the ends.
Remove the four bolts on each side. Then switch the ends - side to side.
The vertical pieces will then move out just a little.
This will be the Cat III
Will have to adjust the deals on the tractor that space the lower arms. Sway blocks. Is in the owners manual.
There are a lot of these couplers around, should not be too hard to find.
But probably not cheap.
For non draft loads as this sprayer, the correct size pins is not that big a deal.
If I was in your shoes - Take the present coupler off the tractor.
Mount the sprayer direct to the three-point.
After looking at your map dot picture.
Your present coupler may be this type.
