Priceville, AL. | On our 9600 we had grain leaking out from behind the clean grain elevator where it goes inside the bin but couldn't get in a position to see the exact spot it was leaking from....we removed the shield in the bin to the clean grain elevator belt also the loading auger and tube inside the grain bin...once removed....if you look inside at the part of the tube remaining you will probably see a hole that is worn through the bottom of the tube....this allows grain to fall through and it will build up on the clean grain elevator belt idler pulley...this pulley turns CCW and throws out the grain (in the area I mentioned above) as it builds up...we spent a few hours looking for a hole in the bin or elevator...we all saw the hole worn through the tube but never thought it would be causing our issue but it was....we welded a stainless patch over the hole and had to put the loading auger in a couple of time to be sure it didn't rub.
