At some point rates low rates will create enough inflation that the fuse is lit. You can nearly buy a farm currently and have it cash flow itself, how many times have you been able to say that? Borrow the money for around 3% and make 4-5% about gets it done. You could borrow yourself rich, that isn't sustainable.
Can interest rates do this forever?
