| Presieve no more than bean size, lower concave clearance And speed up rotor Until you start to see cracked beans, maybe try small wire concave in first position to rub out more beans from the pods. In my opinion you got to get them threshed out by the rotor, Sieves won’t help. Once the rotor does its job you can close up the sieves to take load off returns. When you hit green material you need more fan speed vs dry beans. | |
