No how many hours they have operated. Yes 3000’s are up a bit because ITC will not be supported.
3000 should already be unlocked for SF1 and all you will need is an activation in a 2600/2630 for autograft and you are good to go. Subscription only comes in for better signals such as SF3 or RTK
