NW in. | We harvest 22-18% corn and can't figure out how we can pay for a new drying system that can keep up with how fast we can harvest these days. When I get my deductions from the elevator I say I can't build a system for that little amount by the time I would pay gas and electric let alone dryers and grain handling equipment and hauling it twice with the farms kind of spread out. For the storage I just put 18% or so in a bin with plenty of air. That's what works for us but everyone has different circumstances. | |
