sleepy hollow , wi | we use 1/2 inch stainless tapcons ,long bit and ss washers .drill at a slight angle and havent had a problem so far . what we have noticed is cows are licking thru the plastic ,both the red tops and mostly the yellow upper inside portions of the trough . a couple jobs ive been on the electrician ran a bare copper wire loop in the water around the float at bottom of water cabinet and back to ground rod under waterer . i was told for stray voltage . | |
